MANY female stars have succumbed to the lure of the breast surgeon’s knife.

While most proudly shout it from the rooftops after adding several cup sizes to their assets, 

others attempt to pass off 

their bigger boobs as a magical freak of nature.

A month never goes by without a pin-up siren of showbiz suddenly sporting a plumper bust 

without explanation.

Some flatly deny, some avoid addressing the speculation, and some credit a change in diet or 

lifestyle – all of which do little to stop tongues wagging.

Here’s a rundown of A-list ladies who have all sparked debates over the authenticity of their 

assets...

Victoria Beckham

Posh had always flatly denied undergoing a bust enhancement op – until court papers in a 

2005 libel case revealed she’d spent thousands leaping from a 34A to a 34D.

Rumours became rife around the turn of the millennium when she began attending public events 

with two bulging bumps that bore all the artificial hallmarks of implants.

Compared to the rack she displayed when she shot to fame in the Spice Girls, Vic’s constant 

claims she’d never had any work done failed to convince.

She appeared to confirm rumours early last year when she told a mag her “massive bazookas” 

had “gone”, giving credence to reports that she’d had her assets reduced to a 34B in 2009.

Frankie Sandford

What a difference a year makes for the Saturdays singer.

Photographed by a pool in LA last year, Frankie barely made a dent in her bikini top.

Fast forward to last month and she was amply filling her swimming costume while shooting 

scenes for the girl group’s new reality show.

Frankie has admitted in the past she’d consider a little surgical boost to improve her looks, 

saying: “I wouldn't rule cosmetic surgery out. Never say never.

“I always joke and say I'm not going to grow old gracefully. But you never what you're going to 

do.”

Natalie Portman

The screen beauty has made a big impression on the movie industry – but less so on the tops 

she’s worn over the years.

However, that all changed recently when she was spotted at an American football game 

flashing two giant assets and a cracking cleavage in a plunging number.

The dramatic size increase in Natalie’s bust is likely down to the natural boost she received 

during pregnancy and her subsequent breast-feeding of baby son Aleph.

But hordes of Twitter users thought otherwise following snaps of the Black Swan star at the 

Texas game last month, with one posting: “Boob job? Looks like it!”

Megan Fox

The Hollywood hottie has become as famous for her good looks as she has her performances 

on the big screen – if not more so.

However, questions have long been asked about the credibility of her boobs.

Earlier snaps of the actress appear to show her with relatively little up front, while pics in recent 

times capture her looking more endowed.

Either way, new mum Megan has always vehemently blasted rumours of a hospital visit or two.

Miley Cyrus

The 20-year-old star of screen and music has spent much of 2012 making the most of her lady 

lumps in low-cut gowns.

These public displays have prompted reports that a spell on the operating table has given rise 

to her newfound confidence and eagerness to flaunt her chest.

Miley was quick to rubbish the gossip, insisting her assets are 100 per cent natural.

She tweeted: “Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine.

“I wish they'd realize you don't have to be fake to be beautiful!”

Demi Moore

In her Eighties heyday, Demi frequently stripped off in such films as About Last Night and 

Blame It On Rio – baring a pair of pert boobs on the smallish side.

In 1996, she sent male pulses racing in steamy flick Striptease – sporting breasts far greater in 

volume.

Despite the sudden swelling of her assets coupled with rumours she’s forked out at least 

£200,000 on surgical procedures to stay young, Demi has lambasted all such speculation.

She said in 2009: “It's completely false, I've never had it done. But I would never judge those 

who have.

“If it's the best thing for them, then I don't see a problem.”

Christina Aguilera

The Dirrty singer has never been lacking on the bosom front.

But several years and one child after bursting onto the pop scene, Christina’s boobs have 

increasingly grown in size.

Whereas they started out as honeysuckle melons, they’ve exploded into car airbags.

In 2010, snaps emerged of a scar across the singer’s armpit, which is apparently indicative of 

a woman who’s had their breasts surgically-augmented.

Christina has never commented on rumours she’s had implants.

Female couture has historically been designed to boost a woman’s boobs – regardless of their 

size.

In May, Glee star Lea Michele stepped out in a chest-flashing frock that sent internet gossips 

into a spin.

Speculation was sparked by the sudden emergence of a cleavage – one that hadn’t previously 

been in evidence.

She later addressed her curvy look on TV, insisting: “They’re all mine.

“I think that lately, every day they’re like please, give us a chance. Give us a shot. We’ve always 

been good to you.”

Paris Hilton

Anyone who’s seen the party girl socialite’s sex tape will intimately know every dimension of her 

boobs when the explicit film was made.

So it’s little wonder snaps of her in recent years looking far bustier than before have convinced 

fans she’s undergone the knife.

However, if Paris has sought cosmetic help, she’s had an about-turn in her opinions on boob 

surgery.

Back in 2001, she revealed she almost booked herself in for fake breasts – but quickly went off 

the idea.She said: "They look deformed. All my friends that have them, they look deformed."
