Explosion in Sokoto A bomb rips through a police station in Sokoto
There has been a bomb blast at a police station in Sokoto State, the blast occured at the Marina Police Station, Ungwan Rogo in Sokoto. The station is close to the City Campus of the Uthman Dan Fodio University.
This will be the first recorded bomb blast in Sokoto, the capital of the old Sokoto Caliphate.
