Kardashian looks curvier than ever as she steps out to a doctor's
appointment with Kanye West with her boobs bulging out of her top.
The reality TV star is currently around four months pregnant with the couple's
first child but is already showing the signs of her impending motherhood.
Dressed in a black v-neck t-shirt and tight leather trousers Kim, 32, wore a checked shirt tied around her expanding waistline and lace-up ankle boots as she headed to the clinic in Beverley Hills.
Kim was joined by her mum Kris Jenner, sister Khloe and Kanye on the visit and emerged with a plaster on her arm, similar to what is usually applied following a blood test.
After her check-up Kim and Kanye headed to a nearby eaterie to grab some
take-away ice cream.
The couple - who are expecting the arrival of their first child in July - have just returned from a trip to Brazil where they hung out with Hollywood star Will Smith as they visited a Rio De Janeiro shantytown.
They also attended the world famous carnival during their trip.
Kim excitedly posted on her blog about the experience saying: "I was blown away by how beautiful it is here. The views are unlike anything I’ve seen before. During the carnival the streets were literally filled with people. It was crazy and such an incredible experience! Xo "
Kim and Kanye are reportedly planning on adding a "nanny wing" with
a spa to their lavish new Beverly Hills home and will hire three members of
staff to work for them.
A source claimed: : "As with everything Kim and Kanye related, they're not holding back.
"Each of the nannies will receive a salary of around £130,000 per annum. They will be given a car each and new phones so that they can stay in contact with Kim and Kanye around the clock.
"They want to build a wing on their mansion with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a second nursery, a kitchen and a spa area for their new employees.
"Kim and Kanye feel it's important to have a separate area marked off so that they can still spend time alone as a family."
The insider also revealed there will be strict criteria that any would-be
employees have to pass if they want to work for the couple.
They added: "All of the candidates will have to go through a thorough interview process and the contracts will be absolutely watertight.
"They're really keen to make sure anyone they employ isn't fazed by their celebrity so they're looking for people who have previous experience working with high-profile clients."
