Rihanna says she and Chris are 'not together' as she lets go of lover in video for Diamonds

RIHANNA has admitted that she and Chris Brown are 'not together' during a live interview.

The Bajan beauty was talking to Bravo's Andy Cohen when she was asked if she was still dating the Don't judge Me singer.
Her response was a very clear negative as she said simply: "No. Not together."
She went on to talk about how she feels about Chris and speculation about their friendship by explaining the meaning behind their collaboration track Nobody's Business on her new album Unapologetic.

She said: "Basically it's the way I look at everything regarding my personal life. Even though you have to witness it, it still is mine.
"This is mine at this point, and when it gets to my music, I'll give and I'll give, and I just feel like I need to keep a little bit for me that I get to decide. If I had it my way, it would be really nobody's business."
When asked what the first thing that came to her mind about her ex was she said: "He's dope too. He's kinda alright."

Meanwhile Rihanna, 24, is seen posing pensively as she lets go of her lover in the newly released video for her chart-topping single Diamonds.
The promo shows the singer gripping on to the heavily tattooed arm of a man who at first glimpse could be mistaken for Chris.

Other scenes feature her heavily breathing out smoke, tending two horses on a beach and sitting with her legs tucked up on a bed as items in the room fly around her seemingly falling back in to place.

She is also seen being chased by a car before stopping and gazing at a Northern Lights style display in the sky, as well as floating in the sea in a long white t-shirt and standing in the midst of a raging battle.
Diamonds shot to No1 in the UK Singles Chart when it was released last month fighting off competition from Adele and One Direction to claim the top spot.

Unapologetic also features a collaboration with rapper Eminem and a track written by Scottish singer Emeli Sande.
The album is scheduled for release on November 19.
