Bungling Wills and Kate cop fires gun

A ROYAL protection officer has been taken off duty after he accidentally fired his gun outside the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s house.
The bodyguard was in a car with another cop when the shot was fired.Neither officer was hurt.
Police are probing the incident, which happened at the couple’s rented farmhouse on Anglesey in North Wales last week.
Kate was reported to have been at the property, while Wills was on duty as a helicopter pilot at nearby RAF Valley.
Scotland Yard said: “Shortly before 1pm on Wednesday, October 24, an on-duty MPS police officer unintentionally discharged a firearm while in a police vehicle.
“The Met’s Professional Standards Directorate has been informed. As is routine, the officer concerned has been removed from firearms duty pending the outcome of inquiries.”
