A source said: “There will be some pretty illicit sex scenes coming up.
“It involves four guys and two girls.”
Another scene sees Leo, 37, “out of his mind on drugs”.
The film, due out next year, is based on the life of former stockbroker Jordan Belfort who was jailed in the late 1990s for fraud and money laundering.
