Beast ... depressed woman believed to have jumped into pit

A WOMAN is said to have committed suicide by jumping into a CROCODILE pit.

Tiphawan Prakarn, who was suffering from depression, told her husband she was going to see a doctor before visiting the Crocodile Farm near Bangkok, Thailand.
The 36-year-old never returned home after CCTV filmed her entering the popular tourist attraction in Samut Prakarn.
Her husband Sunai Jisathra, 55, said workers at the farm told him a woman fitting his wife's description had been killed after “jumping intentionally” into an enclosure.
He also claims a representative from the farm had contacted him to make a settlement.
Sunai said that he was not surprised about his wife's death as she had suffered from depression for a long time.
“It was possible she had committed suicide to escape her troubles,” he said.
The Crocodile Farm have denied the incident.
