Ling Gu's body was reportedly pulled naked from his wrecked supercar along with TWO women after the smash.
Of the two women who were seriously injured, one was said to be naked, and the other was semi-naked.
The 23-year-old's death caused scandal in the country as he is the son of a high-ranking official.
Ling's father, Ling Jihua was a member of the ruling Communist Party's Politburo Standing Committee and a key ally of outgoing President Hu Jintao.
Reports in the country say that the name on Ling's death certificate was changed to cover-up that he had died.
Questions have also been raised as to how he could afford the £200,000 Ferrari 458 Spider which spun out of control on a ring road in Beijing in the early hours of March 18.
Government web censors are said to have blocked search terms to stop people investigating the death.
